Registration for Reunion Weekend 2017

 

Online registration for Reunion Weekend is now closed. While the form below may appear to be working, please know it is not and we will not receive your registration.

If you have not yet registered, please feel free to join us as a walk in guest and register at the Reunion Welcome Center when you arrive on campus. On-campus housing is limited and not guaranteed.

 

The Reunion Welcome Center will be in Main Lounge of the Moulton Union and hours are:

Thursday, June 1: Noon – 11:00 p.m.

Friday, June 2: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Saturday, June 3: 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Sunday, June 4: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Class of 2002 - Partial Package
*Selection of a registration package is required.

Registration packages are all-inclusive—no additional fees are charged for participation in Reunion events or activities once arriving on campus. Packages include all meals, beverages, and activities as outlined within each package and Maine state sales tax is included in all registration fees. Saturday’s dinner is a lobster bake for adults and cookout for children (hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets) at the same location.

Includes Saturday’s breakfast, lunch, dinner; and Sunday’s brunch.

This package is designed for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

On-campus housing is available Friday and Saturday nights.

Saturday - Dinner - Lobster Bake
Lobster bake menu selections are included in all adult registration packages. Lobster bake fare (lobster, steak, chicken, or vegetarian options) can be purchased for children for an additional $40/child. Please enter the number of adult meals and additional meals purchased for children.

Saturday - Dinner - Children’s Cookout at the Lobster Bake
The cookout is a buffet (at the same location as the lobster bake) that includes menu options such as hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, vegetables, and fruit. Please enter the number of children registering for cookout fare.

On-Campus Housing
With the Partial registration package, on-campus housing is available on Friday and Saturday nights. Housing is provided primarily in residence halls. A limited number of campus apartments are reserved for families with children and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accommodations in all facilities include twin beds and very minimal furnishings. The College makes every effort to house classmates and guests of a given Reunion class in the same building.

The cost to stay in on-campus housing is:

  • Individuals: $30 per night

  • Couples: $60 per couple for one night or $120 per couple for two nights

  • Families with children: $120 per family (flat rate)

Reunion Housing for Individuals
Please select the number of nights on-campus housing is needed. Alumni making single reservations may be assigned a roommate. Later in the registration form completion process there will be an opportunity to request a roommate.

  • When registering, you (the alumnus/a) are considered the "Myself" in the dropdown menu on the second and subsequent pages. Only use "New Individual" for guests accompanying you to Reunion. You will have the opportunity to provide your personal information on the final payment page.
