Class of 1973
Reunion is almost here! Join us on campus from Thursday, May 30 through Sunday, June 2, 2013 for a weekend that promises to be full of fun and entertainment!
The draft schedule contains information on the many activities and events for you, your guests, and family—including kids, of course!—to enjoy during Reunion Weekend. Attend a lecture or open house, tour the campus, check out the exhibitions at the Museum of Art, stroll the Quad, sing, dance, eat lobster, and raise a glass with old friends. Enjoy the traditional Saturday night Lobster Bake, a performance by Maine comedian Bob Marley, Back to School sessions, and Convocation Speaker, actor, philanthropist, and Maine native Patrick Dempsey.
Bowdoin strives to make returning to campus as easy and affordable as possible. As part of this effort, the College substantially subsidizes the cost of Reunion Weekend, and this year’s registration rates are lower than they were for Reunion five years ago! Plus, kids under 17 attend Reunion free! There will be family-friendly activities scheduled throughout the weekend and many opportunities to reconnect with classmates and enjoy Maine in the spring. Lots of laughter and great memories are guaranteed.
We have a great weekend planned, but it will only be successful if you attend. Online registration for Reunion 2013 is now available! We hope you’re planning to make the trip to campus May 30–June 2 to reconnect with classmates and friends. Much has changed here at Bowdoin, but even more remains just as you remember it. Treat yourself to a visit back to this special place.
We’re looking to forward to seeing you in May!
